GOLF PACKAGE PROCEDURE INFORMATION

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: A Deposit of $100.00 per golfer is required at time of Booking and the Balance is due and payable Thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Unless prior arrangements are made the balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

OUR CONDOMINIUMS DO NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 25.

CHECK-INS/FINAL PAYMENT: ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID TO CONDO-WORLD 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Certified, Cashiers or Personal Checks. Check-in will not be permitted until package has been paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS: Package cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 per person processing fee. Cancellations of packages made 29 days or less prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 per golfer cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS 72 hours or less prior to arrival. Cancellation of a golfer from a package will result in a change from a golfer fee to a non-golfer fee of $25.00 per night for the length of the stay to pay for the rent on the condo.

ROOM REQUESTS: Room requests of any kind cannot be guaranteed. We will note any requests on your reservation and will do our best to meet any requests as best that we can. The majority of units include outdoor pools. Indoor pools and Jacuzzis are limited.

ROOM OCCUPANCY: All golf rates are based on 4 persons per two-bedroom condo. All condos contain a sleeper sofa, which is considered one of the beds. Any other arrangements will incur an upgrade charge.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: Breakfast, key deposits and golf carts (unless included in package).

CONFIRMATION:  Your order will be confirmed by EMail.

TEE TICKETS: Tee tickets are Required at all courses and will be issued at check-in. You must take them to the courses with you in order to play. Your Tee Tickets will be emailed to you upon full payment of your purchase.  If you have any difficulty receiving Adobe pdf attachments, please call 1-800-422-1587.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS: All courses require soft spikes, shirts with sleeves and collars. Cut-off shorts and denim are not permitted on the course.

CARTS: Carts are Required at all times. Unless included in your package, your courses will collect cart fees at time of play.

CHANGES: Reservation or tee time changes can only be made by the Group Leader. There is a $10.00 charge per golfer to make any changes to this package. NO COURSE OR TEE TIME CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT OR AFTER CHECK-IN. Any changes made directly by you through the courses are not permitted, in the case that this happens you will be liable for any additional charges that the courses bill to Condo-World.

RAIN-OUTS: Rain-outs are handled by the courses as Rain Checks towards future play. There are no cash refunds given for Rain.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information you provide us on our website (i.e. name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure internal systems.  Your personal information will not be shared with anyone.  We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
